Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by a444 may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.
An account is considered inactive if no login has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. a444 may apply an inactivity administration fee of up to PKR 500 per month to inactive accounts after prior written notice to the registered email address. In the event that an inactive account's Real Money Balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. Bonus Funds in inactive accounts are voided without notice after 90 days of inactivity.

All Pakistani Member accounts on a444 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). If a deposit is made in a foreign currency or via a non-PKR payment instrument, the amount will be converted to PKR using the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.

All sports bets placed on a444 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market.
